Fresh and healthy tandoori chicken wrap with tzatziki

This wrap combines tasty tandoori chicken with fresh tzatziki, crispy carrots and baby spinach-perfect for a healthy lunch on the go!

Ingredients:

  • 2 full -grained shorts
  • 150g chicken breast (marinated in tandoori spices and grilled)
  • 2 tbsp tzatziki (homemade or pre -purchased)
  • 2 slices of white cheese or cheddar
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • 1 small carrot, torn
  • 1/4 cucumber in cubes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon boats for serving

How to do:

  1. Mariner chicken: Mix tandoori spices with a little oil and lemon juice. Rub the chicken breasts well with the mixture and allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the chicken: Grill the chicken breasts until they are cooked through and have a nice, slightly burnt surface. Cut into thin slices.
  3. Make wrap: Spread a layer of tzatziki on each tortilla.
  4. Put a few slices of cheese on each tortilla, top with slices of tandoori chicken, baby spinach, cucumber cubes and grated carrot.
  5. Roll together: Wrap the tortillas tight and cut them in half.
  6. Perfect to bring: Wrap them in foil or food paper and place them in our Wisdom N'ice Box - it keeps your food fresh and ready for a walk!

Tip: Serve with a lemon boat for an extra fresh taste!
